Is re-entry allowed if I leave the festival grounds?
Yes, you are free to leave and re-enter the festival as long as your festival wristband is clearly visible and still intact.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event with large crowds, loud music and funfair rides, PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED at the event. (With the exception of registered assistance dogs)
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes absolutely! This is family friendly festival but please be aware that all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
What items are prohibited?
Alcohol from outside the festival, soft drinks that are unsealed or exceed the permitted limit of 1 litre per person, umbrellas, tables, flagpoles, parasols, gazebos and tents. Laser pens, gas canisters, aerosols and spray cans. BBQs, fireworks, sparklers, candles and flares. Glass, metal cutlery and breakable crockery. Pen knives, pocket knives, sharp objects and syringes (other than EpiPens or similar medical devices) Any illegal substances, drugs & ‘Legal Highs’ including N20 and associated equipment such as balloons. Dogs (Except for registered assistance dogs), professional photography equipment.
Anyone who refuses to surrender any prohibited items will be refused entry to the festival.
What should I bring to a festival?
It’s a good idea to be prepared for the great British summer (we recommend packing suncream and a rain mac) and suitable footwear, especially if the weather has been wet. Bringing cash is also advised as poor internet connection can affect the ability to accept card payments. Most importantly, don’t forget your ticket!
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Picnics and sealed soft drinks (Maximum of 1 litre per person) are allowed but NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS can be brought into the festival.
Will there be on-site parking or transportation?
There is NO ON-SITE PARKING, but a pre-bookable Park & Ride Service will be in operation from Gateway 14 in Stowmarket. Park & Ride busses will operate regularly between the car park & the festival site from 10am to 11pm. Stowmarket Railway Station is also a 10min walk from the Festival site with direct trains to London, Colchester, Ipswich, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds & Cambridge. We encourage local festival goers to arrive on foot to reduce the impact on the environment and reduce town centre congestion.
What if it rains or the weather turns bad?
As long it is safe for us to proceed, the festival will go ahead rain or shine! Please check weather forecasts leading up the event and dress for the conditions, with appropriate footwear. A poncho or rain mac is a great idea but remember umbrellas are not permitted.
